Your personal information and business will never be shared or stored, and any secure information will be deleted from our database beyond the time our assistance is required. Any access to your social media, web platforms and logins are strictly for our professional use only.

TERMS OF USE
Please Read:
WEEKLY SUPPORT PACKAGES
• The first week of selected package must be paid upfront. Recurring payment must be scheduled for the same day of every week thereafter.
BRAND MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
• A 50% deposit of selected Brand Management Package or On-Site Content Capture must be paid upfront. If a consultation is required in order to choose a suitable package, a $500 fee for your 2 hour consultation is to be paid upfront and $100 will be credited to your chosen package. This $100 credit is redeemable for 28 days.
• All consultation fees & deposits are non-refundable. If the unlikely event should occur that A&E must cancel our services, your payment will be refunded in full or credited to a future date at your request.
While clients of Miss Eden Creative may send and generate vague inspiration from previously seen imagery or fellow influencers, we heavily discourage direct imitation of other’s artwork or likeness.
We do not encourage nor take responsibility for detrimental actions of others, our passion is meeting clientele needs with the utmost artistic integrity. While we will do our due-diligence to consciously avoid such matters, keeping track of many other creators beyond our own is impossible, therefor we ask that our clients do not put us in the non consensual position of creative theft, or plagiarism of others brand, likeness and content.
